Mission

Mixer eventi was chosen by Sabre, company leader in the travel industry, to organize and manage a convention dedicated to new technology trends. The aim was to capture the attention of the 400 guests with a hi-tech scenography in theme with the concept of the event.

Operational Processes

Organization

In a first organizational phase, Mixer Eventi had the task of delineating the aim and concept of the event, defining the operational line and all the necessary steps to make.

Set-up

Once on site Mixer’s team transformed the location in a true and proper entertainment and meeting place, thanks to a strategic set up of the audio and video equipment. Moreover, a special illumination plan made the atmosphere professional and comfortable.

Direction

Mixer Eventi was responsible for the in-loco direction of the whole event, making every moment of it an intense and unforgettable experience.

Technologies and competencies

This event required the collaboration of audio-video engineers, technical direction and a post-production team.

The final result

Sabre obtained an amazing moment of sharing and education, where the over 400 people and operators of the sector network received important news on the new business perspectives for the market.
Enlightening interventions and first order reports alternated themselves with the more recreational moments, thus creating a perfectly effective and smart event.
