Mission

The Swedish colossus, Ikea chose mixer eventi to organize its mid-term convention. The aim was to create the perfect atmosphere to convey the concept of the convention, and make the participants feel right at ease.

Strategy

A first strategic phase included the target and type of event study.

Technical Set-up & Direction

For the occasion Spazio Mil in Milan got dressed with a video-scenography and lights set-up, all coordinated by an impeccable direction able to manage the big number of speaker that took place on the stage.

Technologies and competencies

On this occasion, Mixer Eventi involved all its best professionals, such as light and sound technicians, directors and used an audio-video technical equipment complete with last generation projectors.

The final result

IKEA managed to collect a great number of positive comments and registered an immediate increment in productivity. The event saw the participation of 500 guests and the intervention of a big number of speakers, who spoke about key topics for the sector’s future. An important and strategically fundamental moment for a big group like Oracle, with an event that managed to always keep the audience attention.
